Still hammering....

Past couple of weeks has been packing in the miles which has felt good despite some rough patches. Hardest part was having to adjust off the trails back to the road circuit for a 5K. Ended up pretty flat but still happy with my conditioning. Just wish the weather did not rise like a volcano erupting. Recent heat has me worried a shade about my long run this weekend.
